Returns policy 

If you would like to return or exchange your garment/s please lodge a return by emailing from.bobbierobyn@gmail.com with your name and order number. Due to Bobbie Robyn being a small business, at this time we are not able to give refunds for your items and rather a store credit will be given for the amount of your purchase. 

Please note your garment/s can only be returned if it is:

  • Brand new and unworn (other than tried on), unwashed, tags attached and in original packaging

  • Item must be shipped for return or organised for local exchange within 2 weeks of receiving your order

  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and it is strongly suggested that you use a tracking number as we are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged.

Faulty Items:

If you receive your item and it is faulty or damaged on arrival please get into contact via email. Note that we will require proof of damage through photographic evidence. If your item is deemed faulty you will be given a full refund of the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs).

Cancelations:

We are unable to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
If you need to cancel your order and you request this before it has been dispatched then please lodge a return titled ORDER CANCELLATION.
The same returns policy still applies and you will be given a store credit of the cost of your garment/s however you will receive a refund for the total shipping cost.
